WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE SPIRIT SHOP?

Online web sales are available 24/7!  For in person sales, we have several on-site sales throughout the year and during certain major school events. Please check IWA's Weekly Word for upcoming on-site sale dates or contact us at spiritshop@incarnateword.org.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted for purchases on the website.
Credit/debit cards, checks and cash are accepted on location at school Spirit Shop sales.

HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?

Orders are processed once a week on Wednesdays during normal school hours.
Online orders received by 11 p.m. on Tuesday will be processed and available for pickup by the end of the school day on Wednesday.  Please include the student's name and grade on the order.

If you/your daughter does not attend IWA, you can still purchase IWA merchandise!  Just let us know you need to pick it up at the IWA Reception desk in the Delivery Instructions at checkout.  We'll send you an email when your order is ready.  IWA Reception hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. when school is open.

IF AN ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE, IS IT IN STOCK IN THE SPIRIT STORE?

Probably not, however, always feel free to send us an email at spiritshop@incarnateword.org and we'll be happy to check!

IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

At this time merchandise may only be picked up at school.

If you are unable to pick up your order during school lunch on Thursday,

just leave a note during checkout in the Delivery Instructions section or send an email to spiritshop@incarnateword.org.

For alumnae, shipping can be prearranged.  Please email Spirit Shop and we'll see what we can do to help.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We gladly refund any unused or unworn item bought during the current school year. 
Online orders may either be returned to the IWA reception desk or mailed back to the school, 
please specify "attn: Spirit Shop Refund" on package.
Credit/Debit card refunds will be issued back to card used for purchase.
Cash/check purchases will be refunded in cash during on location Spirit Shop sales only.

Refunds will appear in your account 7-10 business days after merchandise charge appears in your account.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We do offer gift certificates in any denomination and are good for one year from date of purchase.
